About MLC Advisory

Hello and welcome, we are Juliane Nitsche and Michel Moutier, the founders of MLC Advisory. We are dedicated to helping companies and their employees to increase focus, resilience, engagement and ultimately maximize success and satisfaction for all the stakeholders.

MLC Advisory's origins

We started MLC Advisory in Paris in 2012 with nothing more than our conviction that wellbeing and performance at work go hand in hand. We were quite the only ones at the time… But we are proud and honored that since 2012 we have served SME to multinational groups, industries to services, private to public, local to global, employees, teams, and managers to Board Members.

In 2017, we decided to take a leap of faith to leverage our international background (yes, we operate in three languages: English, French & German) and seek new opportunities in Luxembourg in the heart of Europe. This decision has given us not only the opportunity to work for many amazing global groups but also the rare chance to offer our services to different public organizations to start a small revolution and increase the awareness that resilience, mindfulness, and social intelligence are the skills for the future.

We are convinced that in the years to come only organizations with truly engaged and empowered employees, that have the inner resources and mindset to give their best every day, will create lasting success and innovation. And we want to help you achieve this goal!

Stress, anxiety, and frustration are no strangers for us, but we do what we preach. We apply and practice everything that we teach our clients who can benefit from our years of experience, lessons learned, and most effective strategies applied.

Our combined strengths


  • Mindfulness & Leadership

    I worked as a consultant in the field of business strategy & transformation and after 10 years of stress and pressure, I felt I needed to do something closer to who I really am.

    By luck, I discovered meditation at a time when my life was chaotic and each time I practiced it brought me peace and joy. Later, I found mindfulness and it helped me increase my self awareness, better understand the mental mechanisms at stake and get out of my head quicker when I needed it.

    I decided that I wanted to share those techniques and approaches that had helped me with others, so I trained in Mindfulness, Mindfulness at Work with a spin-off of the Oxford University, and more recently Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy with Harvard Medical School and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with professor Greg Dubord in Canada.

    Since that time, I have been working with a lot of different companies and people in many countries, especially with managers, leaders and board members.

    The more I am working in this field, the more I am amazed by the incredible power we have to transform our lives. Everything is in our hands; we just need to do the work!


  • Wellbeing & Performance

    I studied B.SC. BA & Economics and trained in Performance Nutrition, Nutritional Psychiatry, Wellbeing at Work, Mindfulness for Peak Performance, and Positive Psychology and Resilience.

    Everything I learned I applied to myself, and I was able to completely transform my wellbeing, my mental health and what I had thought possible for myself and my life.

    I co-founded MLC Advisory in 2012 and since then I have been working with a lot of different companies in many countries on wellbeing & performance and am very proud that my work on Resilience Skills for a global fintech was recognized with an award in 2022.

    It is my life’s mission to make that knowledge available to as many as possible to enable each of you to live your life to the fullest!

Our unique approach

We’ve developed a unique approach by applying and practicing everything that we teach.  You can benefit from our years of experience, lessons learned, and most effective strategies applied.

Our approach is based on neuroscience research and focuses on practical strategies for changing mental habits in daily work lives.

With our method, we work to help you to boost your concentration, developing or regaining emotional stability and resilience to get back the control over your life.

For us, no two companies are the same. Our approach will be tailored to your unique culture, goals, challenges, and timeline.

Our methodology it’s not only real-time sessions via videoconferencing, but also homework, integration of exercises into everyday working life, audio files, and videos recordings too.

Winner of the HR Award ‘21 Learning & Development

The Luxembourg HR Awards Ceremony was held during the HR One Gala Dinner that concluded the one-day event Human Capital Europe.

We are very honored that we won the HR Award Distinction in the category Learning & Development for our Resilience Skills Training program. The Learning & Development Award rewards innovative corporate HR services in supporting customers in training & development, ensuring a better human skills workforce, representing a leveraging of technology, innovation, and human capital.

This program, for which we won, is based on the principle that behind every crisis there is always an opportunity and that resilience is a set of skills that every employee can learn. Our approach is highlighting protective factors such as optimism, the power of positive emotions and how to recharge one’s mental energy.

The award means a lot to us because it acknowledges and validates our work with thousands of employees worldwide.
